New website and Google Business Profile · cleaning company · Valencia

Limpiezas Artemisa

A company that cleans homes, offices and apartment buildings, with twelve five-star reviews and nowhere of its own to make the most of them. A new thirteen-page website, delivered on 3 September 2026.

Home page of the Limpiezas Artemisa website: the headline «La limpieza bien hecha se nota al entrar», with the 5.0 Google rating and the quote and WhatsApp buttons.

The home page, as it’s published. Shown here with the client’s written permission.

The starting point

A company that has been working for years and gets recommended by word of mouth, but barely existed online.

  • No website of its own: anyone looking the company up for the first time didn’t find much.
  • Twelve five-star reviews living only on the Google Business Profile.
  • Several domains bought and none of them showing anything.
  • The Google Business Profile, without organized photos or the right categories.

What was asked for

That anyone looking for a cleaning company in Valencia finds a serious website, understands what services there are and can get in touch without thinking twice.

With two conditions the client set, which apply to everything I do: that the website is truly theirs, and that it can be maintained without depending on anyone.

What was done

  • Thirteen pages: home, six service pages, about us, contact, a blog with its first article, the three legal pages and a custom error page
  • One page per service, so Google can show the right one to someone searching for «limpieza de comunidades» (apartment-building cleaning) instead of the home page
  • The real reviews built into the website, with their rating
  • A contact form that delivers to the company’s inbox, a WhatsApp button and a fixed call-and-message bar on mobile
  • Structured data so Google reads services, address and opening hours without guessing
  • Google Business Profile set up: categories, description, photos and posts
  • Domains in order: one main domain and the rest pointing to it, with a certificate on all of them
  • Registered in Search Console with the sitemap submitted, and the website already indexed on delivery day

No cookie banner, and not out of laziness

The website doesn’t set a single cookie or use analytics that track anyone. A banner asking permission for something that doesn’t happen would be wrong as well as annoying, so there isn’t one: the cookie policy says exactly that.

If paid campaigns are ever run, the banner becomes mandatory again and goes in then. It’s written in the handover record so it isn’t forgotten.

What was measured on delivery day

  • Google’s mobile score: between 94 and 98 for performance
  • Accessibility 100 and SEO 100
  • Valid certificate on the main domain and on the one that redirects
  • Contact form tested end to end: it sends and it arrives
  • Structured data with no errors

These are measurements of the website, not of the client’s business. How many calls they get is their business and isn’t published.

Who owns what

This was signed in the handover record, with a table asset by asset. In short:

The client’s

  • The domains
  • The hosting and the email
  • The Google Business Profile
  • Search Console, as owner

Mine, as manager

Technical contact for the domains, and the accounts the website is published from and the form is sent from. They’re free, portable services: if the client changes provider tomorrow, they get transferred.

What I don’t touch

The company’s email accounts. And I’m not the billing contact for the domains: the only one who can sell or transfer a domain is the client.

And after delivery

It continues on a monthly plan: Google Business Profile kept current, one article a month, updates, backups and a summary of statistics. Two content edits included each month; anything beyond that is flagged before it’s done.

How maintenance works

What’s still pending

  • Their own photos of finished jobs: there are two stock images marked as temporary until they arrive.
  • A before and after of the same place, which is what sells a cleaning job best.

I include this because a case study that only tells the good part is no use for deciding anything.
