Privacy policy

This is an English translation provided for information only. The legally binding text is the Spanish version, which prevails in case of any discrepancy.

This policy explains how the personal data you provide through estudioreigar.com is processed, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. What data is processed

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your business’s name, phone number, email, the service you’re interested in and your message. The page of the website you sent the form from is also recorded.

If you prefer to write on WhatsApp, the conversation is processed in that app, under its owner’s terms.

Please don’t include special categories of data in your message (health, political opinions, religion or others under article 9 of the GDPR): they aren’t needed to quote for a website.

3. Purpose

To deal with your enquiry, prepare a check-up or a quote for you and contact you to reply. No unsolicited commercial communications are sent, no profiles are built and no automated decisions are made.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box before sending the form (article 6.1.a of the GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to contact@estudioreigar.com, without affecting any processing carried out before.

If your enquiry leads to a job, any further processing is based on the performance of the contract (article 6.1.b) and on compliance with legal obligations (article 6.1.c).

5. Retention

Your enquiry is kept for as long as needed to deal with it and, after that, for a maximum of one year, in case you get back in touch. After that period it is deleted. If you become a client, the data from the contractual relationship is kept for the periods required by tax and commercial law.

6. Recipients and data processors

Your data is not sold or passed on. To make the website work, the following providers are used; they act as data processors and only process the data following my instructions:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting of the website and processing of the form submission.
  • Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — delivery of the email with your message.

Both are based in the United States, so an international data transfer may take place, covered by the safeguards in chapter V of the GDPR (standard contractual clauses of the European Commission and the applicable adequacy mechanisms).

Your data may be disclosed to public authorities where there is a legal obligation to do so.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure («right to be forgotten»), objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to contact@estudioreigar.com or to the postal address above, proving your identity.

If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, Spain.

8. Security

Appropriate technical and organizational measures are applied to protect your data against destruction, loss, alteration or unauthorized access. Communication with the website is encrypted over HTTPS.
