Who it’s for
- You have a website and a Google Business Profile, or I’ve just delivered them, and you don’t want to keep an eye on them.
- You change hours, prices or photos several times a year and want someone to do it properly.
- Reviews come in and nobody replies to them.
- Someone else built your website, it works, and you just want it not to go down or get old.
What’s included each month
Three tiers depending on your website. All of them include backups, updates, an alert if the website goes down and the monthly report. What changes is how much can be edited each month and the hours included.
Standard
For a company website with a blog

Posts, reviews answered, hours and details kept current, and its line in the monthly report. If you only have a profile and no website, that works too.

Included hours, in writing
Each tier comes with a number of hours a month. That works in your favor: you know exactly what you’re paying for and what it covers, and I don’t end up working for free, which is when a service gets neglected.
If more is needed one month, I let you know before starting and it’s invoiced at €25/hour + VAT. There are never surprises on the invoice.
What’s not included
- Redesigning the website or adding large sections: that’s quoted separately.
- Writing new text or taking photos.
- Running social media or ads: those are other services.
- Promising you’ll rise on Google. The work is done for that; promising it would be a lie.
The one-page report
Every month you get a single page with three things: what I did, how many people visited the website and how many calls or directions came from your Google Business Profile. No dashboards and no figures you can’t make sense of.
It arrives by email, as a one-page PDF, in the first few days of each month. If you’d rather get it on WhatsApp, that works too.
When it starts counting: the day I deliver your website, and it’s charged at the end of each month. If I deliver it on 1 September, the first fee is invoiced on 1 October, when you’ve already seen a month of work done.
No lock-in: you stop whenever you like, and the website and the profile are still yours.

Common questions
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes. You let me know and the next month isn’t charged. The website and the profile stay in your name, with their logins.
Do you maintain websites you didn’t build?
Yes, after reviewing them. If it’s in good shape, it goes into its tier; if not, I tell you what would need fixing first and what it costs.
What if I need more hours one month?
I let you know before starting and it’s invoiced separately at €25/hour + VAT. You decide whether it’s done that month or the next.
Can I take just the Google Business Profile?
Yes, from €30/month incl. VAT, whether or not your website is with me.
What if the website goes down on a Sunday?
I get the alert and bring it back up. I don’t sell 24-hour on-call cover: the truth is I look at it as soon as I see it, and it’s almost always the same day.
When do I start paying the monthly fee?
It starts counting on the day of delivery and is charged at the end of each month: website delivered on 1 September, first fee on 1 October. Monthly and with an invoice. If you’d rather pay the whole year in advance, there’s a discount; I’ll tell you in the proposal.
