What each thing costs
These are the prices I build quotes from: with Spanish VAT included, and the base without VAT underneath. They’re starting prices, and I fix yours in writing before we start.

The three packs
The website, with your Google Business Profile setup for free: each pack costs the same as its website alone. Maintenance, if you want it, is at its own price. The middle one is the one I recommend: each month’s blog post gives Google something new on the website and on the profile.

Moving or rescuing a website

Bringing your website over from another provider, putting it in your name and leaving it working, or getting a fallen one back up. Before touching anything I tell you whether it’s worth fixing or rebuilding. See the website rescue.

Maintenance
No lock-in and paid in arrears from delivery, with a report every month. The hours in each plan are set out in writing.

- With a website, the profile setup is free: you save €181.50 (€150 + VAT), and the pack costs the same as the website alone.
- Maintenance is at its own price: the website’s depends on the website, and the profile’s is €30.25/month. No lock-in.
The quote shows the standalone price of each line and the free setup underneath.

Signs and cards with QR codes

A code your customers point their phone at to open whatever you want: the restaurant menu, the form to book with you, your WhatsApp or the page to leave you a review. I give you the design and the print-ready file; printing is separate. Counter pack with a plate that opens your link when a phone touches it (NFC) and 500 printed cards, €96.80.

Logo and identity

A logo that reads on a shop sign and on a phone icon, with its colors and its typefaces. Two rounds of changes included, in writing, so the design moves forward instead of dragging on. Identity with colors, typefaces and a usage guide, from €181.50.

Email on your own domain

Going from mybusiness@gmail.com to info@mybusiness.com. It’s set up and tested, and I leave the email working on your phone, with your history intact. It’s a one-off payment; the email account is paid separately, to the company that provides it.

Writing about your own business is hard for almost everyone. I ask you the questions, you answer out loud, and I turn it into the pages of your website.

Running a social network
from €242/month
€200 + VAT
Posting consistently, not just whenever someone remembers. One network, two posts a week, with your photos and your news. Replying to messages is agreed separately.

Domain, hosting and email
you pay
They’re in your name and you pay for them directly to the company that provides them: that way they’re yours and you never depend on me to get them back. I register the domain (your address on the internet) and the hosting, configure the DNS (what links your address to the website), the security padlock and the email, and hand you the passwords. If you already have it with someone, I bring it over without anything going down. With every website I build, that work is included; on its own, I’ll give you a quote.
What applies to everything
- VAT included, in writing and with the price fixed before we start.
- The website is paid half at the start and half on delivery, with an invoice.
- The monthly fee is charged in arrears from delivery, with no lock-in.
- The domain, the website and the profile, in your name.
